• User ID: A unique identifier automatically created upon registration.
• Email Address: Required for account creation, communication, and essential account-related services.
• Country: Required for country specific features e.g supported payment methods.

• Name: Collected when you choose to provide it, such as when setting up your profile or making a purchase.
• Address: Required when accessing features like opening a store, purchasing or delivering items.
• Phone number: Optional, collected for enhanced service features such as private chats.
• Contacts: Optional, used for looking up user's contact on Sdefy to facilitate messaging. They are not retained on the platform.
• Location:
  1. For searching: Optional, default location is set to Mamaroneck, NY, United States. User may update it to a different location of choice. This information is static and therefore may be different from the device's current location. User can set this using a mailing address or use the device current location for convenience to update this information anytime.
  2. For in-person payment processing: Optional, If a user decides to open a store and enable in-person card processing, a physical card reader is required. Precise location must be turned on for the device to work. This requirement is governed by the payment gateway and a separate agreement will need to be acknowledged as part of the payment processing setup.
• Other Information: Additional personal information may be collected based on the features you choose to use, such as payment details, store information, or transaction history.

• IP address: Required by payment gateway during payment processing for fraud prevention.

Transactional records, such as purchases and invoices, cannot be deleted, as they are required by your transactional partners and the plaftorm for record-keeping and audit purposes. Chat messages, however, are stored only temporarily and are deleted once the intended recipient has received them.
